What a great way to start a month with a confirmation on your Job Offer! Yeap, I am very glad to announce through my blog that I have been recruited as Search Engine Optimiser at Juretic Media.
Established in 2001, Juretic Media is an Internet Marketing Agency based in the centre of Brighton. It’s a great place to live and work, with the sea just a stone’s throw from the office. Brighton is the silicon beach of the UK and has attracted a whole host of amazing and successful media companies. It’s a great place to keep your finger on the pulse of the latest technologies and web trends.
It’s been a great and to be precise the best experience I had through my interview process, people following me over this blog would have known about my previous experience here, here and here. Juretic Media is par excellence in recruitment process and I had spent quality time from day 1 since when I met Mr. Neven Juretic (Director, Juretic Media).
To wrap things simpler, applied for this position after receiving an RSS Alert from Wired Sussex on July 20th 2008, to my surprise I got an response the very next day (which doesn’t happen or never happens with most other companies) with a kind response requesting my availability on Tuesday (23.08.2008) and as any enthusiastic candidate would do, I confirmed mine very soon after receiving the email.
The interesting twist here was, Juretic Media were looking out candidates with Commercial Experience, and my CV carried no information on my experience over SEO/M and the email I had received also explained me about it and the reason they were interested was because of my CV and Websites (URL’s in CV!) , which they reviewed (and found interesting) and invited me for an interview.
Great Month – Great Time – Great Ending - Great Fun
Month of July should be one my most favourite I believe for I had a different experience all together and I couldn’t believe how fast the days passed by and just few hours for August!
So what went on in July for me..?
?Had a pleasant day and hoping for a great beginning in month of August with Juretic Media! Yea.. I got recruited at Juretic Media for the position of Search Engine Optimizer which I would detail in next post. I am just excited about this great news and my family & friends were just twice as much I could experience!
July Journey was just amazing and I am all geared up to enjoy a similar experience! More about my new job and Juretic Media in my next post!

So what I have been into all these days? A tough question to answer, not that I don’t have answer but the reply is going to be 2 pages+. But let me keep that aside and bring you what I really have been into! The title of the post should have triggered you something though..
If you had checked my earlier posts on my interview with Oban Multilingual, you should have known what I have been with lately. I have started to spend quality time on my career interests, the interview experiences I had with Oban Multilingual and iCrossing have provided me with good domain to focus on. The good and bad news was I wasn’t able to move to the next stage of job interview, but this doesn’t upset me as it gave me an opportunity to better myself and identify the field I have been passionate about.
Disappointing moment or should I call it a unexpected one? The title looks fancy but it made me think a lot about it though and would be eager to hear your opinion! This post has a lot to do with my SEO Analyst Interview post yesterday with Oban Multilingual.
Got an email update from their team today, which was certainly disappointing for the expectations which I had. I had earlier mentioned the interview certainly went well and I shared the best of my knowledge to the people who interviewed me.
Interesting Day Today! I had an SEO Analyst Job Interview with Oban Multilingual, who are expert in multilingual SEO and international SEM. Had seen their job alert at WiredSussex a week ago and applied to the position via e-mail and their reply to my application was quiet instant which I really was impressed.
They fixed an appointment for an interview today with their Search Manager - Sandra Zerr and SEO Analyst - Claudius at Oban Multilingual.
Learning is fun when you have passion for it and its the best when you learn on the subject of your choice. I spent a quality day today learning something really productive, today also happened to be career boost day. So let me try to review them down how the day really shaped out to be a productive one.
Had a pleasant night yesterday after 4 days of no-sleeping at all. Had two meetings, one with a Bryan (US) and Vijay (India), I would be teaming up with Bryan to assist him with his Affiliate Marketing, which he has been successful in the past few years. Whilst I am new to this field, I have an extensive knowledge about the general logic behind how it works. Thanks to RK aka Radhakrishnan, my bud who referred me to Bryan! After a small chat and basic introduction, Bryan started to feel comfortable with me and eventually went ahead and picking me up for the job. We would be closely associated with various campaigns for Product Launches. I shouldn’t revealing more about the job and services we do, as I should be tight-lipped when it comes to Professional ethics! So another add-on to my career as “Affiliate Marketer” a more of “Search Engine Marketing”, “Social Media Marketing” or “Internet Marketing” - a field which I had a lot of passion and did few analysis on them. Bryan was glad I could grasp things quickly as he went on explaining my roles and explaining my duties.
Translucent and Prodcon (TNP) - a Translucent and Prodcon Tech venture, have an on going recruitment process. The position is for On-the-Job Trainee (OJT), the location would be at Chennai Development Centre and positions is for 30 openings presently. Qualification is simple and clear, 2007 Passouts or Final Year Students (2008).
