I remember being in that situation when I had to run my Tech Site (www.go4i.net), not doing anymore as it just not affected my social life, did lot of in-justice to my health! The video is really funny, whilst I don’t really feel this is the exact situation faced by Professional Bloggers.. in most worst cases it is.

Sify, one of India’s pioneer in Internet Portal seem to be lacking in good designers and programmers for its website. Looking at the so called re-designed/renovated home page of Sify.com one can be sure its 99.9% clone of Yahoo! UI. I was little surprised to see a change in UI (User Interface) today when I visited the home page but something striked my mine about the design. It did make a resemblance of a site I (and millions, billions) visit every day. Its nonetheless Yahoo!, one of the most visited site on the Internet.
From placement of modules (Navigations, Advertisements, Search Box, News, Marketplace/Hot Deals), Sify seem to have inspired a lot from Yahoo!. Its ain’t bad to get inspired from others but there has to be so called “Unique” and where does it stand with sify? Not only the modules placement has been very similar to Yahoo, the gradients used through out the home page is very close to Yahoo! have a look by opening both sites in separate window Sify at www.sify.com and Yahoo! at www.yahoo.com ! You can hardly point the difference (ignoring the contents thats in).
Few weeks back it was Indian’s occuping the 3 places in top 10 Richest Man in the World, not so long is now TATA and Reliance joining the league of Worlds’ Most Innovative Companies released by Business Week Magazine in USA with corroboration of Boston Consulting Group.

Its been long time I spent quality time doing on what I should be! Yeap, I have submitted my University Course Work on time before the deadlines and planning to organize my schedules better these days. Its gives you good impression within you when you do things in a orderly manner. I am liking it so far and hope to continue the same and try to be more perfect. I have been having issues financially but things looking better with support from my parents.
I owe a lot to my parents and specially a lot more to my Grand Parents who are complete support to what I am today. Relationship is precious, not only during financial help but their emotional and friendly support. The best part is the trust and confidence they shed on us, my Grandpa has set a good example.. the man who has immense faith and confidence about my potential. Getting too emotional, just can’t forget the days when your entire family back you up when you are trouble!
Love you loads Mom & Dad and Grandpa and Grandma! My pillar of strengths! I owe a lot to you people.. lets hope for a better future!
